In 2001, our 4 year old daughter was diagnosed with severe asthma, needing several daily nebulizer treatments and steroids. We came to find out the hard way, that it was the Yank** Candles that I had been so accustomed to burning daily, which were making her sick. I then made it my mission to research candles and their ingredients, their effects on our health and the environment. My quest for a clean burning and healthy candle, and adoration for my daughter and her health, launched eSCENTials Soy Candles. I can proudly say that from the moment I started making our candles, my daughter's asthma disappeared and she has never had another episode.
